제목 | Polyurethane Foam Morphology and Their properties |
초록 | Everyone always think that one’s health is very important for a better life, so they want to check their own body’s conditions by using simple equipment without expert help. Polyurethane (PU) and silicone materials are widely used as insole part for shoes respectively. Recently PU foam including semiconductor chip are used for sensing system to gather the data of physical activity level measurement, confirming disease and identifying position etc. In our study we chose some PU foam as insole part for shoes and analyzed their morphology. From their foam structure, we counted the number of cell and measured the cell size & their distribution. We want to investigate that the relationship between compression set and cell size distribution, furthermore we will suggest the optimum materials with high rebound and compression set properties as a base insole. |
