제목 Characterization of perovskite solar cells fabricated at above 50% relative humidity
초록 Perovskite materials have the disadvantage that the device is easily broken at above 50% relative humidity. We fabricated solar cells and analyzed its characteristics to investigate the effect of perovskite material as photo active layer on the device at relative humidity of 40% or more. The structure of the device was FTO / ZnO / Perovskite(CH3NH3PbI3) / spiro-OMeTAD / Ag. The morphology of perovskite material with respect to each relative humidity was taken by SEM, as a result, surface observations confirmed the structure of bar. XRD measurements were made in the 2θ range for the chemical bond analysis of the perovskite materials, the peaks were identified in three locations. The electrical characteristics of the perovskite solar cells according to the relative humidity were measured with a solar simulator and the photoelectric conversion efficiency of 10.3% was confirmed at a relative humidity of 50%.
