Preparation of polyurethane microcapsule using prepolymer with azido functional group |
| 초록 |
Azide functional group can easily click reaction with alkyne group. So we synthesized azido-polyurethane(azido-PU) prepolymer with an isocyanate group at the end group using poly(GAP-co-THF)diol and MDI. The prepolymer reacted with 1,4-butanediol or glycerol as polyol and is used as a microcapsule shell compound. Azido-PU microcapsules were prepared via the interfacial polymerization method at oil in water emulsion. The microcapsule core materials consist of IPDI and chlorobenzene. We will click reaction on the azide group on the surface of the microcapsule and solvatochromic dye with alkyne group and then observe the color change of the solvatochromic dye on the surface when the microcapsule breaks and the core material release. |
