6,13-bis(triisopropylsilylethynyl) pentacene (TIPS-pentacene) is a functionalized pentacene derivative designed to enhance both the solution solubility and solid-state packing of pentacene. We have fabricated solution-processed organic thin-film transistors and devices using TIPS-pentacene blended with binder polymer as the active semiconductor material. The focus of this work is to investigate the TIPS-pentacene blended with binder polymer material. several different deposition method were used for TIPS-pentacene blended with binder polymer deposition. The thin-film morphology of TIPS-pentacene blended with blinder polymer were significantly affected by the electrical properties such as field effect mobility and on/off ratio. |
