Preparation of Antibacterial Composite based on Chitosan and Pluronic F-127 |
| 초록 |
After surgery, one of the problems is the adhesions formation between surgical tissues. We prepared anti-adhesion hydrogel with thermosensitivity and antibacterial activity based on chitosan and pluronic F-127. The role of pluronic F-127 and chitosan were formation of matrix and increasing antibacterial activity respectively in anti-adhesion hydrogel. The properties of anti-adhesion hydrogel were investigated by gelation time and temperature, viscosity and antibacterial activity. From results, the anti-adhesion hydrogel may be the potential to prevent adhesions formation and secondary infection in clinical surgery.
