제목 | Two-dimensional self-assembly behaviors of organic molecules on CVD-graphene |
초록 | In this study, the self-assembly behaviorof organic-molecules against CVD-graphene was investigated at a molecular levelusing scanning tunneling microscope (STM). It was performed for a fundamentalunderstanding of the structure-physical-mechanism at the molecular level. Forexample, alkane molecules were able to form well-defined self-assembledstructures even on rough surface of graphene due to flexible nature of alkane.In addition, STM study revealed that self-assembled layer was formed even ondefects with nanometer sizes of graphene. This result supports potential forapplications such as gas barrier films. |
