Study on Curing Behaviors of Epoxy Acrylates by UV in the Presence and Absence of Aromatic Component |
초록 |
Two kinds of epoxy acrylates, aromatic BAGEDA (bisphenol A diglycidyl ether diacryloate) and aliphatic BDGEDA (1,4-butanediol diglycidyl ether diacrylate), were prepared from BADGE (bisphenol A diglycidyl ether) and DGEBU (1,4-butanediol diglycidyl ether), respectively by reacting with acrylic acid. The reactions in functional groups were confirmed by FTIR spectra. UV curing behaviors were measured by Photo-DSC. Curing reaction by the UV curing behavior were well corroborated to rate equation in which rate order is switched to 1st from 0th rather than to follow autocatalytic reaction model |
