제목 Electrochemical Characterization of HydrousRuthenium Oxide/Multi-walled Carbon Nanotube Composites as Supercapacitor
초록 Electrochemical characteristics of RuO2/MWCNT composite electrodes for supercapacitors have been investigated which were prepared by impregnating MWCNT with RuCl3xH2O solution followed by chemical reduction and annealing in nitrogen atmosphere from 80 to 400oC. The results showed that the RuO2 deposited on MWCNT was hydrous and amorphous when annealed up to 400oC. TEM result showed that the RuO2 nanoparticles had the uniform size distribution after treatment. The composites had high specific capacitance derived from the pseudo-capacitance of amorphous RuO2.
