제목 Preparation of iron oxide nanoparticles using triblock copolymer.
초록 We successfully synthesized PEO-based tri-block copolymer via transformation reaction from anionic to RAFT radical. We synthesized ω-brominated poly(ethylene oxide) by chain-end functionalization after living anionic ring opening polymerization of ethylene oxide, followed by converting it to the PEO-based RAFT agent. Using the PEO-based RAFT agent and AIBN as the initiating system, RAFT radical polymerization of N-vinyl imidazole and N-phenylmaleimide via sequential monomer addition technique for preparation of block copolymer in DMF at 110 ℃ for 72 h under a argon purging leading to production of the corresponding triblock copolymer. The resulting triblock copolymer was deimidated by using hydrazine monohydrate with NaOH in DMSO. All the products were dried in vaccum oven at room temperature. Triblock copolymer was successfully used as a polymeric stabilizer for preparation of iron oxide nanoparticles. In this presentation the results for these experiments will be reported.
