The concentric ring pattern of inorganic materials has attracted considerable attention, because of interesting ferromagnetic property plasmon effects. In this study, we first prepared half-spherical shape of pores by using anodic aluminum oxide (AAO) template. Then, we carefully spin-coated poly(styrene)-block-poly(ethylene oxide) (PS-b-PEO) with titanium precursor (TiCl4). The pattern formation of PS-b-PEO with TiCl4 was characterized by transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). |
