제목 Photo-crosslinked polymer cubosomes with surface functional groups as nanoreactors in organic solvents
초록 Transient nanostructures formed by self-assembly of block copolymers can be covalently stabilized by crosslinking of block copolymers. UV photo-crosslinking with azide moiety is an attractive method to crosslinked polymers without using any additional reagents for crosslinking. We show the photo-crosslinking of complex self-assembled nanostructures(polymer cubosomes) by radical driven crosslinking with azide moiteies present in poly-pentafluoro styrene-styrene copolymer serving as a hydrophobic block copolymer. The photo-crosslinking resulted in the formation of complex three-dimensional porous structures that could maintain their structural integrity in organic solvents. Utilizing the large surface area of polymer cubosomes, organocatlysts such as prolin could be introduced to the surface of the crosslinked mesoporous polymers, which could perform enantioselective aldol reactions in organic solvents
