제목 | Development of blue emitter material for thermally activated delayed fluorescence |
초록 | We designed a emitter material with donor-acceptor structure consisting of an indolo acridine donor and two cyano groups as electron-accepting units. A blue emitter material, spiro[fluorene-9,8'-indolo[3,2,1-de]acridine]-2,7-dicarbonitrile (IACFCN), was synthesized and applied as the emitter material for thermally activated delayed fluorescence. IACFCN showed a singlet energy of 2.86eV and tiplet energy of 2.57eV, respectively. The IACFCN emitter was doped into the host materials, (oxybis(2,1-phenylene))bis(diphenylphosphine oxide) (DPEPO) and dibenzo[b,d]furan-2,8-diylbis(diphenylphosphine oxide) (DFPO2), and a EQE of 2.23% and 1.88% were obtained. |
