Increase in photovoltaic performance of organic photovoltaics with P3HT:PC61BM:additive blend film |

In our previous report, we reported that non-annealed organic photovoltaics (OPVs) based on blend films of P3HT [poly(3-hexyl thiophene)]:PC61BM [[6,6]-phenyl C61-butyric acid methyl ester] with an additive showd an increase in short-circuit current and open-circuit voltage, resulting in an enhancement in power conversion efficiency, compared to that of reference cell without additive. In this presentation, we will demonstrate performance of annealed OPV with P3HT:PC61BM:Additive blend film. Annealed OPVs with an active layer of P3HT:PC61BM:additive were fabricated, and their photovoltaic properties are compared with those of OPVs without additive. |
