제목 Ion conductivity of cation exchange membrane using SEBS-g-MA(Polystyrene-block-poly-(ethylene-ran-butylene)-block-polystyrene-grafting-maleic anhydride)
초록 In order to increase the ion conductivity, poly(styrene-ethylene-butylene-styrene)(SEBS) membranes were sulfonated using chlorosulfuric acid at room temperature. And, modified membranes were prepared by grafting using of maleic anhydride(MA). The addition of SO3H functionality during sulfonation reaction was confirmed by FT-IR and the change of morphology was observed by AFM. The ion conductivity of the fabricated membranes was increased with sulfonization time and then decreased. The optimized reaction time was 5 minutes. The grafted membrane with MA. From the TGA results, the deteriorated thermal stability by sulfonation was improved by grafing. The storage modulus was also increased about 60~100% by suflonation and MA grafting.
