Preparation of novel heterogeneous cation exchange membrane dispersed cation exchange resins onto poly (vinylidene fluoride) matrix. |
초록 |
A novel PVDF heterogeneous cation exchange membranes were prepared by casting method. The cation exchange resins were pulverized by air jet mill. The average particle size of the cation exchange resins were under 10μm. The morphology of the PVDF heterogeneous membranes were investigated by optical spectroscopy and scanning electron microscope(SEM). The PVDF membrane’s electric resistance was 2 Ωcm2 value. The tensile strength of the membrane containing the 50 wt% pulverized ion exchange resins were higher than that of the commercial membrane. However, the tensile strength of the membranes containing over 60 wt% IER were lower. |
