제목 | Study on TNT Waste Concentration Gradient by Temperature in Drum Ice Crystallizer |
초록 | Demilitarization wastewater is explosive wastewater originating from demilitarization of munitions in army ammunition plants. Wastewater is actually colorless at the time of generation. Pink color is produced by photolytic reactions under the influence of sunlight. Therefore, this wastewater is called pink water. These explosives need to be removed before pink water is discharged to the environment because of the toxicity and possible carcinogenicity of TNT and RDX. Convenitional wastewater treatment technologies have been mainly used for incineration. This method consumes more energy than cooling crystallization. this study was proceeded at continuous cooling crystallization by the control of operating conditions such as sweating temperature. The ice from the crystallizer is transferred to a double jacket with a valve. And sweating process proceeds while controlling the temperature of 0℃, 5℃, 7℃, 10℃, 15℃ in the jacket. In conclusion, A solution of 123 ppm was separated into 265 ppm concentrate waste and 18 ppm effluent at 0℃. |
