The effects of polymer-nanofiller(PMMA/MHE) prepared by using miniemulsions for nanoparticle synthesis |
초록 |
We prepared novel PMMA/MHE nanoparticles by using reverse micelle as a template. The nanoparticles of MHE were prepared by the reverse microemulsion with functional monomer, methyl methacrylate(MMA) as oily phase, and the PMMA/MHE nanocomposite was obtained via polymerization of MMA. The SEM image showed that the nanoparticles of MHE were dispersed in the polymer matrix. MHE(Molecular Heat Eater) is water-soluble inorganic material that is fire retardant component having endothermic properties to absorb considerable amounts of heat. Thermogravimetric analysis(TGA), cone calorimeter were used to analyze the thermal stability of PMMA/MHE nanocomposite. |
