제목 Polymer based Photovoltaic Devices Using Electro-sprayed Active Layers
초록 Fabrication process of organic photovoltaic devices (OPVs) is relatively simple and the cost of them is much lower compared to that of inorganic based photovoltaic devices. However, improving device fabrication methods for continuous large area deposition with low materials loss has been considered as an essential issue together with enhancing device efficiency for the commercialization of OPVs. Herein, electrospray (E-spray) deposition technique is utilized to fabricate active layers of P3HT/PCBM bulk heterojunction structured organic OPVs. E-spray technique is an easy process possessing the feasibility of continuous process and uniform large area deposition. In the optimized device fabrication conditions, the power conversion efficiency of OPVs using E-sprayed active layers was ~ 3.3 %.
