Manufacture of HA nanofibrous webs and drug release characteristics |
초록 |
HA (hyaluronic acid) is a natural biopolymer with complete biocompatibility, moisturizing, anti-aging, and drug delivery characteristics. It is a compound with repeated structure of D-glucuronic acid and N-acetylglucosamine. Such HA can be used in medical and cosmetic fields if it is made into nanofibrous webs by electrospinning. However, since HA has a property of forming a large molecular aggregate and forming a gel by binding with water, it is difficult to produce HA nanofibrous webs. In order to solve these problems, we have succeeded in manufacturing nanofibrous webs by adding PVA, PVP, and BA (boric acid) to HA, and confirmed the morphology using FE-SEM. In addition, drug release experiments were conducted for medical and cosmetic applications, and excellent drug release performance was confirmed with UV-Vis. The crosslinking and physical properties of the nanofibers were confirmed by GPC, FT-IR, TGA and UTM. |
