Effect of hyper branched polymer(HBP) on thermal resistance and cross-linking density of phenol novolac epoxy- amine hardener |
초록 |
The relative increase of the glass transition is greater at higher reaction extents, a fact which is consistent with the steep increase in crosslinking density. The hyper branched polymer(HBP) was synthesized for high cross-link denscity and glass transition temperature(Tg) of epoxy resin using RAFT method. The glycidyl group of this polymer made a lot of cross-links with epoxy resins. The styrene group of HBP was used to functionalize benzene through π-π stacking of phenolic epoxy. this polymer can induce chemical bonding interactions that cause local stoichiometric imbalances to occur that can affect the distance of cross-linking point. The molecular weight of HBP was measured by GPC and the confirmation of synthesize of HBP was conducted using H1-NMR. The Tg and cross-link density of modified epoxy resin was examined by DSC and DMA, respectively. |
