제목 Synthesis and Characterization of novel Cu-phthalocyanine derivative surfactants
초록 Organic pigments have low dispersibility in their solution system. Cu-phthalocyanine(CuPc) which is a sort of blue organic pigments is easily aggregated in nitro-cellulose/EtOH solution. This aggregation raises surface energy of particles and makes particles become unstable in thermodynamics. Then particles are spontaneously aggregated one another so as to become stabilized in thermodynamics. In order to control this spontaneous cohesion, novel surfactants having covalent bonds with CuPc were designed and prepared from the viewpoint of as follows ; affinity with CuPcs, compatibility with solvent and steric hindrance. Then the dispersibility of CuPc was investigated using contact angle analyzer, particle size analyzer, SEM and AFM respectively.
