The hot-peelable pressure-sensitive adhesive is easy to peel off due to decrease of adhesion when heat is applied, and is applied to a dry printing process of fibers and leather, etc. In general, an isocyanate-based curing agent is added to improve the adhesive properties of the acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive. But, in the case of the isocyanate-based curing agent, there is no decrease in adhesion even when heat is applied. In this study, an aziridine-based curing agent was used instead of isocyanate-based curing agent to produce a heat-peelable acrylic PSA. Fabricated acrylic PSAs were characterized by FT-IR, DSC, TGA, peel test (rt, 150˚C). The aziridine curing agent was added by 0.1~0.5wt.%, and the adhesive strength decreased by 70~80% when heat was applied at 150˚C for 10sec. |
