제목 Thermo-sensitive Pluronic based injectable hydrogel for tissue adhesive.
초록 This paper is reports the themo-sensitive hydrogel having tissue adhesive properties. The dopa conjugated Pluronic(Plu-DP) and catechol quaternized poly(DMA-co-t-BMA-co-HEMA)[CCDP-q-PDBH] was prepared. According to the ratio of Plu-DP and CCDP-q-PDBH, different gelation properties were appeared and this Plu-DP/CCDP-q-PDBH hydrogel were characterized by rheology. especially under the ratio of 14 wt% Plu-DP and 8 wt% CCDP-q-PDBH, the sol transformed into gel quickly under the body temperature and physiological condition (<10s ), and showed excellent gel stability then. To find the tissue adhesive properties of the temperature sensitive crosslinked Plu-DP/CCDP-q-PDBH hydrogel was tested using the universal testing machine (UTM).
