Utrasensitive assay based on gold nanoparticle probes by aptamer PCR method for the detection of pathogen |
초록 |
The aim of this study is to develop an ultrasensitive detection system based on aptamer PCR technology using particle probes to apply to protein and pathogen. Single strand DNA bound on gold nanoparticle is used as a template for PCR. As this aptamer binds to an antibody, it is used to immobilize antibody on the gold nanoparticle probes. The bonding is carried out without complex conjugation chemistry. Rapid, simple and sensitive improvement is provided by the antibody-specific aptamer.
