Recently, carbazole deribatives and silole-containing polymers have been reported with high performance of 6% Power Conversion Efficiency(PCE). In this manner, we synthesize the poly[N-9'-heptadecanyl-2,7-carbazole-alt-5,5-(4',7'-di- 2-thienyl-2',1',3'-benzothiadiazole)], and Poly{[4,4’-bis(2-ethylhexyl) dithieno(3,2-b;2’,3’d)silole]-2,6-diyl-alt-(2,1,3-benzo-thidiazole)-4,7-diyl}. With these polymers we fabricate tandem polymer solar cells, and demonstrate that the tandem concept is well applied with all-solution processing. |
