제목 Highly efficient yellow organic light-emitting diodes using a new yellow fluorophore
초록 A new yellow fluorescent material (2Z)-3-[4,4''-bis(dimethylamino)-1,1':4',1''-terphenyl-2'-yl]-2-phenylacrylonitrile (BDAT-P) was designed and synthesized for organic light emitting diodes (OLEDs). BDAT-P was doped on emitting layer into the 2-methyl-9,10-di(2-naphthyl)anthracene (MADN). The device structure was ITO/NPB/MADN:BDAT-P(x%)/Bphen/Liq/Al. At 8% doping in MADN device showed good performance with luminance of 18400 cd/m2 at 230 mA/cm2 and Commission Internationale de I’Eclairage (CIExy) coordinates of (0.321, 0.571).
