제목 Improved energy conversion efficiency of dye-sensitized solar cells with Au-embedded freestanding TiO2 nanotube arrays and scattering layer
초록 Au NPs were incorporated into the channel of freestanding TiO2 nanotube arranged by electrodeposition way that can apply to the dye-sensitized solar cells(DSSCs) for light harvesting to improve conversion efficiency. Compared to without Au NPs and scattering into the channel is arranged TiO2 nanotube, conversion efficiency of DSSC with Au NPs into the channel of TiO2 nanotube arranges is increased from 5.85% to 6.50%, an enhancement of 11.11%. Moreover, compared to without Au NPs and scattering into the channel of TiO2 nanotube arranges, conversion efficiency of DSSC with scattering into the channel of TiO2 nanotube arranges is increased from 5.85% to 6.61%, an enhancement of 12.99%. That's why ability of light harvesting is increased according to possibility of electron generation increased, too. Finally, with Au NPs and scattering into the channel of conversion efficiency is 7.12%, an enhancement of 21.70% compare without Au NPs and scattering.
