제목 Development and biocompatibility evaluation of injectable hydrogel
초록 Injectable hydrogels made by chemically or physically crosslinked among polymers that system serves effective to apply for clinical operation. We have reported the biodegradable crosslinked injectable hydrogel system composed of gelatin and hydroxypehnylacetic acid, and various ratios of biphasic calcium phosphate (BCP) particle loading for improve the mechanical and biological properties. The oxidative reaction of horseradish peroxide (HRP) and hydrogen oxide (H2O2) catalyzed to prepare an injectable hydrogel. The HRP and H2O2 determined the hydrogel stiffness and the gelation ratio of injectable hydrogel. In vitro studies of injectable hydrogels were evaluated by cytotoxicity, cell attachment and proliferation studies using MC3T3-E1 preosteoblast cells for evaluation of biocompatibility.
