제목 | Trend of Hole transporting ability for efficient PLED properties |
초록 | Incorporation of hole-transporting materials in conjugated polymer has several advantages for EL properties. As they modify HOMO levels of polymers, the device performance can be enhanced and the color purity can be modulated. Therefore, we synthesized various fluorene-based alternating and random copolymers incorporated hole transporting materials such as Carbazole, Diphenylamine, Phenoxazine, Phenothiazine. In this presentation, we report physical & optical properties, and EL device performances of these polymers. Also we reveal the tendency of hole-transporting ability of the materials. |
