Select the Optimal Hardner of Urethane type Resin forSimplified Painting Process |

The hardener, which is using forsimplified painting process promotes hardness of painting. But, increasing hardener occurs delaying dry and desquamation of painting coating. Also viscous characteritics of hardener influences productivity and painting property. Therefore, in this study, we investigate viscous characteristics through the mixing optimal solvents by polymer isocyanated resin and isocyanated tree polymer and design a optimal hardener for urethane type painting. Ketone (MEK, MIBK) and ester (ethyl acetate, n-butyl acetate) solvents are selected, and the viscous characteritics was found. |
