Preparation of naturally drived polymer-loaded chitosan microsphere for the biological utilization |

There are many factors that aggravate skin tissue including exposure to ultraviolet rays, chemicals, aging, and physical damages. For the restoration of damaged skin tissue, various tissue engineering technologies are under investigation. In this study, we implemented the effect of the incorporation of naturally derived agent into microspheres on the skin tissue regeneration. Analysis was performed using scanning electron microscope, Fourier transform infrared spectroscope, and high performance liquid chromatograph. In addition, the their effects on fibroblast activity, NIH-3T3 cells were used to examine cellular toxicity and proliferation. |
