Development of color thin film pre coated electrogalvanized steel sheets for electrical appliances |

Most of the electrical appliances using the anti-fingerprint resin coated electro-galvanized steel sheets. However coated resin layer has clear color so, products appearance has traditionally zn layer's dark gray color. Currently Home appliance’s market is demanding fationable appearance. Previous AFP resin coated electro-galvanized steels mostly apply to the inner panel . To extend it’s application market, colorful design need to be advanced. To satisfy those issues we have experimented color thin film coated electro-galvanized steel sheet with a various functional materials addition to the resin components in the coated layer. |
