In vitro Study using of Poly(L-lysine)/siRNA complex incorperated LMWSC-PEG-RGD for Gene Carrier |
| 초록 |
In vitro study, we conjugated of low molecular weight water soluble chitosan(LMWSC), methoxy-PEG and RGD peptide by chemical reaction. The physicochemical characteristics of LMWSC-PEG-RGD was investigated by 1H-NMR. Particle size distribution of the LMWSC-PEG-RGD was determined using dynamic light scattering technique. Cytotoxicity of LMWSC-PEG-RGD were measured according to the MTT assay. The Poly(L-lysine)/siRNA compelxes and LMWSC-PEG-RGD at varying weight ratios were formulated and characterized by using gel electrophoresis.
