제목 Synthesis and Characterization of Novel Thermosensitive and Biocompatible Pluronic F127 Derivatives for Tissue Engineering
초록 Thermogelling Pluronic F127 has been studied extensively as a biocompatible material for drug delivery system and tissue engineering. In this study, we synthesized novel temperature-sensitive, biocompatible Pluronic F127 derivatives, and Gly-Arg-Gly-Asp (GRGD) peptide was then grafted to F127-4-methacryloxyethyl trimellitic anhydride (F127-META), F127-glycolide-4-methacryloxyethyl trimellitic anhydride (F127-G-META), F127-cis-aconitic anhydride (F127-AcAh), and F127-glycolide-cis-aconitic anhydride (F127-G-AcAh). These functional polymers were characterized by FTIR, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, GPC and dynamic mechanical analysis. Cytotoxicity of the polymers was evaluated using chondrocytes. Cell viability was determined using WST-8 assay.
