Fabrication of pentacene organic field effect transistor by using source/drain organic electrodes of polymer-wrapped multi-walled carbon nanotubes. |
초록 |
We fabricated pentacene organic field effect transistor(OTFT) by using polymer-wrapped multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWNT) as a source/drain electrodes. Insoluble MWNTs become soluble in water by wrapping MWNTs by poly (styrene sulfonate) or poly (acrylic acid). In order to fabricate OTFT, the polymer-wrapped MWNT electrodes were formed by controlling wettability via plasma treatment. Also, we characterized the interface between polymer-wrapped MWNT electrodes and pentacene through grazing incidence X-ray diffraction and photoemission spectroscopy, which affects device performance of field effect transistors. |
