제목 | Co-deposition and Tuned Blue Emission Color from New Tetraphenylethylene Derivatives |
초록 | Organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs) based on organic molecules are currently a major subject of an intense research effort due to their promise to the manifestation of full-color large display applications. In this work we synthesized new blue and bluish green emitting materials by using fully substituted ethylene moieties such as, 1,2-di(4’-tert-butylphenyl)-1,2-bis(4’-(anthracene-9-yl)phenyl)ethene [BPBAPE] and 9,10-bis(4-(1,2,2-triphenylvinyl)phenyl) anthracene [BTPPA] through Suzuki and McMurry reactions. Multi-layered EL devices were fabricated without any doping agent and evaluated in terms of emission color and luminescence efficiency. Also, we fabricated and characterized five OLED devices with co-deposition method of BPBAPE and BTPPA. |
