제목 Improvement of Perovskite Solar Cells with Environment friendly CuSbS2 Hole Transport layer
초록 In recent times, the emergence of organic-inorganic halide perovskite materials have been considerable attention to many scientists in photovoltaic fields due to high light absorption coefficient, outstanding charge carriers diffusion length and optical band gap as light absorbers. Hole-transporting materials (HTMs) have been crucial roles in perovskite solar cells because of adjusting the open-circuit voltages(Voc) and extracting generated hole carriers. Herein, we have applied CuSbS2 to hole-conducting layers in inverted type perovskite solar cells. We synthesized CuSbS2 by simple solution method due to low-cost, strong absorption coefficient compared to expensive organic-conducting materials. They are spin-coated on mesoscopic perovskite layers to form n-i-p junctions. The devices with CuSbS2 shows slightly enhanced current density contrary to reduced open-circuit voltages than hole-free perovskite solar cells.
