제목 티탄산 스트론튬 나노결정의 형성온도 비교 연구(Comparative study of synthesis of strontium titanate nanocrystals forming temperature)
초록 Strontium titanate is a fascinating perovskite material with very large dielectric property ~ 10000, which has reaching application in the electronics industry for actuators, transducers, multilayer ceramic capacitor, and high-k dielectrics devices. In this study, we using modified liquid-solid-solution process from Wang et al. as one of hydrothermal synthesis method for strontium titanate nanocrystals under 90 degrees. It has possibility controlling agglomeration of nanocrystals by using low temperature heat treatment and to get an uniform particle size distribution from the advantage of modified hydrothermal synthesis. Fourier transform-infrared spectroscopy was employed for the chemical bonding statement of strontium titanate nanocrystals in the precipitate and final product. Any phase has been obtained to know the picks of diffractive surface was confirmed using X-ray diffraction spectroscopy. Scanning electron microscopy and particles size analyzer were used to observe the microstructure and size distribution of the synthesized nanocrystals with different forming temperature.
