Preparation & characterization of cellulose acetate butylate and multi walled carbon nano tube nanocomposites |
초록 |
Cellulose acetate butylate(CAB) is attractive material which comes from environmentally frindly source by plants. It has good mechanical properties campared with petroleum based polyester. However, CAB has poor processablility in the extrusion and injection molding process. For increasing prodessability and mechanical properties, clay is good nanofiler. CAB/MWCNT were prepared to enhance processability and improve mechanical properties by a melt micing process. The thermal properties of nanocomposites were performed by Differential Scanning Calorimeter(DSC), Dynamic Mechanical Analysis(DMA) and Thermogravimetric analysis(TGA). The dispersion of organoclay in nanocomposites was performed by Small-angle X-ray scattering(SAXS). The mechnical properies were investigated by Universial Testing Machine(UTM) and Notched Izod Impact strength tester. |
