제목 Synthesis and Fluorescent pH-sensing Properties of 2-Styryldihydropyridine Derivatives
초록 For the development of new optical pH-sensing probes, we designed and synthesized push-pull conjugate, 2-styryldihydropyridine derivatives of which the dihydropyridine ring possesses electron-donor and electron-acceptor substituents. Their absorption, emission and pH-sensing properties were examined in various buffer solutions. The absorption bands are shifted and the fluorescence intensities are strongly dependent on pH through intramolecular charge transfer (ICT) process. These fluorescent dyes are promising candidates for optical pH-sensing probe based on PCT.
