Isoprene separation from C5 mixture using reactive extraction |

The separation of isoprene has been considered a valuable research in the field of petrochemical industry. In order to produce high purity of isoprene, this study focuses on the reactive extraction using methoxylation/demethoxylation method. The reaction was catalyzed by rhodium catalyst and showed the fine separation of Isoprene. The approach described here is a good example of reactive extraction. |
