제목 Characteristics and electrochemical performance of Si-Carbon Nanofibers composite as anode materials for binder-free lithium secondary battery
초록 The Si-Carbon nanofiber(CNF) composites were synthesized using a chemical vapor deposition(CVD) method with an iron catalyst and silicon covered Ni foam as collectors of lithium batteries. The as-deposited Si-CNF composites on Ni foam was directly employed as an working electrode without any binder, and lithium foil was used as the counter and reference electrode. The resulting Si-CNFs composites achieved the large amount of discharge capacity of 613 mAh g-1 and much improved cycle-ability with the retention rate of 87 % after 20cycles.
