제목 Highly stretchable, transparent and conductive Au grid electrode via high aspect ratio by secondary sputtering phenomenon
초록 Currently, indium tin oxide (ITO) coated film is most often used because ITO has high transparency to visible light and low sheet resistance for electrical current conduction. However, ITO is costly due to limited resources and it is easily brittle. So it is difficult to apply to the flexible electronics. Recently, advances in nano materials research have opened the door for other transparent conductive materials like CNT, graphene, and nanowire. Here we report alternative metallic grid pattern for highly stretchable and transparent electrodes by secondary sputtering phenomenon. As a metallic grid has almost 30nm feature size with 400nm height and also it is embedded in PDMS, it is expected to have highly stretchable and high performance due to trade -off compared to current reported metal grid transparent electrode.
