제목 Heating behavior of ferromagnetic Fe3O4 particles embedded thermoplastic polyurethane adhesive film by induction heating
초록 Thermoplastic polyurethane adhesive (TPU) was prepared by addition of various sizes of Fe3O4 particles and then heating behaviors in terms of particle size, contents, adhesive film thickness and output power was examined by induction heating. The temperature of Fe3O4 particle added TPU film was increased by induction heating and their heating rate and maximum temperature was different in terms of experimental parameters such as particle size, contents, adhesive film thickness and output power. As results, the higher heating rate was monitored with higher contents of Fe3O4 particle, thicker film thickness and higher output power of induction heater. When the particle size is higher than the single domain size of Fe3O4 (78nm), their heating rate was proportional to their hysteresis loop area. On the other hands, the particle size was single domain size, their heating rate showed different tendency.
