제목 Physical properties of Poly(butylene adipate-co-terephthalate)(PBAT)/PET ionomer by melt compounding.
초록 Biodegradable random copolymer poly (butylene adipate-co-terephthalate) (PBAT) is flexible and tough. On the other hand, Poly (ethylene terephthalate) (PET) ionomer is high in strength and modulus but brittle. In the study, the blends of PET ionomers and poly (butylene adipate-co-terephthalate) (PBAT) were prepared by using twin screw extruder with various composition for the improvement of brittleness and mechanical properties. The phase behavior, compatibility and morphology were investigated by using DSC, SEM, polarized optical microscopy. The physical and mechanical properties were investigated by means of universal testing machine (Instron 4465).
