Nanocomposites of carbon nanotubes (CNTs) in polymers have attracted considerable attention in the research and industrial communities due to their unique electrical, chemical, and mechanical properties. Currently, there are two major areas in which CNTs are being used, electronics and automotive. However, several problems still exist for the practical use of CNT/polymer nanocomposites. In this study, polymer /MWCNTs nanocomposites with different contents of MWNT were prepared by melt compounding and characterized their mechanical, electrical properties and observed the dispersion of MWCNTs. |
