제목 Surface treatment of xGnP which have functionalized Carbon nanotube bridges for high performance nano-carbon composites
초록 When a few Exfoliated Graphite nanoPlate(xGnP) is used as the reinforcement of polymer composite, It has many advantages among other Nano cabon materials. Since xGnP/Polyamide6,6 composite is outstanding for thermal/electro conductivity, there are a lot of studies about Application of xGnP for electrode is proceeding. This study contains linking functionalized CNT between xGnP. This leads xGnP to have superior conductivity in polymer composites and to improve adhesion with polymer materials. The purpose of this study is to make polymer composite, which has the property of superior modulus and high conductivities from CNT thru the role of cross-linker. After formation of CNT bridges between xGnP layers, we synthesized the composite with polymer by melt-mixing. The reaction of xGnP surface treatments for exfoliation was confirmed from FT-IR and XPS analyses. We could also ascertain the functionalized CNT on surface of the xGnP and covalent attachment of the product by FE-SEM and TEM.
