제목 The study on electrical properties and surface roughness of the polymer composites reinforced with multi walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) by the additives.
초록 The polymer composites reinforced with multi walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) were fabricated for semiconducting layers of high-voltage electrical power cables. The polymer composites were successfully fabricated by melt mixing method via Internal mixer and Twin screw extruder. Materials of composites were used multi-walled carbon nanotube (MWCNT), poly(ethylene-co-ethyl acrylate). The additives used polyethylene wax (PE wax) and surfactant. The surface roughness of polymer composites were observed by content and type of additives. The morphology and electrical properties of polymer composites were investigated via scanning electron microscope (SEM), laser scanning microscope (LSM), surface texture analysis (DEKTAK), dielectric analysis (DEA) and surface resistance meter (Loresta).
