제목 Surface Patterning of Polypyrrole on Silicon Wafer
초록 Patterning of conjugated organic polymer on solid surface is an attractive field since we could make it as a circuit of flexible displays or organic semiconducting materials. In here, covalent and non-covalent grafting of patterned polypyrrole (Ppy) on solid surface was successfully conducted by micromolding technique in capillaries (MMIC). Patterned polypyrrole on silicon wafer has been prepared inside of the micro channel patterned on silicone wafer. MMIC was adapted to make a uniform pattern on a silicon wafer or a glass surface and the conductivity of two different patterns was measured by direct contact IV curve and conductance AFM method. The non-covalent Ppy pattern has high conductivity and brittle characteristics. But covalently attached Ppy pattern shows low conductivity and sticky viscoelastic properties
