Recently, many organic compounds have come to be realized as new semi-conducting material for active devices. Especially, P3HT is considered as good semi-conducting organic materials since they exhibit high field effect mobility. To improve conducting properties of organic compounds it is necessary to know how charge carriers are transported. In this study we report an annealing effect of regio-random and regio-regular P3HT on Time-of-Flight mobility and compared it with Monte Carlo simulation which can account for pi-pi coupling dependency of charge carrier transport in hopping system. We also studied blocking layer of P3HT Time-of-Flight system which has large dark current. By inserting PVP blocking layer in Al - P3HT - Al system, we can diminish dark current and get Time-of-Flight mobility. |
